PCB Layout and Design
Get the most out of your circuit board. PCB real-estate is a premium in compact effects pedals. Optimizing the placement of your components can simultaneously increase the amount of circuitry available for your design, reduce the noise in the circuit, reduce power consumption, and decrease production times.
Build and Assembly Optimization
The build style of an effect can make or break its commercial success. An effiecient build can save labor during assembly, improve reliability in the field, and even allow for customizations at the time of order (i.e. A deluxe model and a standard model that are built on the same PCB).
Integrated True-Bypass Relay Systems
A relay bypass system can reduce the switching noise in the circuit, improve reliability of the bypass system, and decrease assembly times. Field tested in excess of 400,000 cycles without mis-fire or failure, an integrated true-bypass relay system can insure your design will reliably engage and disengage for the next 30 years ! Packages are available for mono as well as stereo applications, starting at $300.
Custom Internal Control Systems
Complex effects can have multiple switches, knobs and controls. Optimizing the control interface can improve the useability of the design. A tailored control system can further improve the useability of the design, and even reduce parts count and build times. |
